Shipping Details
- We adhere to strict legal regulations to ensure that the cooling chain remains uninterrupted. Our products are shipped in sturdy styrofoam boxes filled with disposable cool packs and/or dry ice, depending on the product. Shock-frozen items are supplied with dry ice (-78.5°C). Dry ice sublimates directly from a solid to a gaseous state without affecting the food or packaging.

Delivery Schedule
- We ship from Monday to Friday, usually within 24 to 48 hours of processing. Available shipping options include:
- No deliveries are made on Mondays as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the cooling chain over the weekend.
Delivery On Desired Day
- You can choose a preferred delivery day by specifying it in the comments field at checkout. The delivery date must be set ahead of the processing time (1-2 working days). Note that national holidays and the working day following a holiday are excluded from the desired delivery days. Regional holidays can be selected, but no deliveries will occur in your region on those days. Check the tracking link sent by email for detailed delivery and estimated time. Ensure an authorized person is present during the delivery period or provide an alternative delivery address. Delivery to a DHL Parcel Station is not available.
Shelf Life
- The shelf life of our products is based on the best-before date indicated on the packaging. For optimal hygiene, keep frozen meat products in their original packaging while thawing. Shock-Freezing – Original Thuringian Rostbratwurst
- Our uncooked Original Thuringian Rostbratwurst is shipped in a shock-frozen condition to ensure the highest quality. The sausages are rapidly deep-frozen to up to -30°C immediately after production to preserve their quality and prepare them for shipping.

- Shipping costs within Germany are calculated based on weight and recipient's postal code during the ordering process.
Minimum Order Value
- The minimum order value for deliveries within Germany is €29.00.
- The minimum order value for deliveries to adjacent EU countries is €150.00. Your cart must meet this minimum order value to proceed to checkout.
