Ingredients:
- 6 Thuringian Sausages
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 120 ml Cream
- 120 ml Milk

Instructions:

- Mix the flour with some cold milk until smooth.
- Heat the cream and milk in a small pot. Add the flour mixture and butter, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the casserole, sprinkle evenly with grated cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (convection) for about 30 minutes.
- Optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
