Ingredients:
- 6 Bratwursts
- 2 Tbsp Mustard
- 200 g Cream
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Instructions:
- Heat Oil In A Large Pan Over Medium Heat. Place The Bratwursts In The Pan And Fry On Each Side For 5-7 Minutes Or Until Fully Cooked.
- Remove The Bratwursts From The Pan And Set Aside.
- Add The Onions And Garlic To The Same Pan And Sauté For 2-3 Minutes Until Soft.
- Add Mustard, Cream, Paprika Powder, And Pepper And Stir Well.
- Return The Bratwursts To The Pan And Heat In The Sauce For About 2-3 Minutes To Warm Them Through.
- Serve The Bratwursts With The Mustard-Cream Sauce And Enjoy With Mashed Potatoes Or Potato Salad. Optionally, You Can Add Some Chopped Parsley Or Chives For Garnish.

- Try Different Types Of Mustard To Adjust The Flavor Of The Sauce.
- If You Want The Sauce To Be Thicker, You Can Add A Teaspoon Of Flour And Stir Well Before Returning The Bratwursts To The Pan. Mix The Flour With Some Cold Water In A Cup Or Small Bowl Until Smooth.
